If you are not satisfied with your completed order, return
it to us within 15 days of receipt in the original packaging
for a full refund less the cost of shipping. If you receive
a damaged item, return it and we will credit you with the
return shipping and replace your order at no additional cost
to you. Be sure to include a replacement photo. If you used
a credit card we will credit your card. We highly recommended
that you retain a copy of your original photo(s) (see item 4
below regarding duplicate photographs).
2. Secure Credit Card Processing
All credit card charges are processed off-line. Your credit
card is not processed until your order is ready to be shipped.
Once we are satisfied that you have received the order your
credit card information will be destroyed. Also, we do not
sell or distribute our customer information to anyone.
3. Shipping
Most of our orders are shipped via U.S. Postal service, First-class.

prior to shipping.
4. Duplicate Photographs
We use the photograph you send to create your photo-sculpture.
If you would like us to make a copy of your photo(s) and return
it along with the photo-sculpture we will. There is an additional
charge for each copy that we reproduce. Copyrighted photos
cannot be reproduced without the written permission of the
professional photographer. Out-Standing Photos, Inc. assumes
no responsibility or liability for use of professional photographs.
