Choosing the right photograph for a photo-sculpture is not
difficult.
• Examine your photograph carefully and insure that the
subject is complete.
• Be sure the subject is large enough.
• Original photograph, when used, is not returnable.
Your photograph(s) will be cut out and ultimately become part
of the finished photo-sculpture. (We recommend you make a copy or retain
the negative)
• Photograph should be printed on quality photo paper.
• Copyrighted photos cannot be reproduced without written
permission of the photographer.
Digital Photography
Emailing
photos is a great way to transfer your photos to our computer.
This is a simple
process and can be accomplished by attaching the digital
.jpg image file to your email order. If you have a scanner
you can scan your photo or if you use a digital camera you
can transfer the image into your computer. Follow your equipment
manufacturer’s instructions when transferring images.
• When scanning be sure to clean your scanner and photo.
• Scan at the highest resolution available on your scanner,
up to 600dpi.
• Keep email file attachments under 300dpi and a minimum
of 150dpi.
• If you have multiple photos you may send up to three at
a time.
• High speed internet access will make file transfer much
faster.
